Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Calculation example —
If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 50,000 Ks; to withdraw, you must wager bonus amount × 15 = 30,000 × 15 = 450,000 Ks.
If you deposit 140,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 240,000 Ks; the wagering requirement is 100,000 × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after wagering the bonus amount × 15 times. Football, Live Casino, and all Slots count toward wagering; any games excluded on the platform will be noted in the game settings and will not contribute to wagering.

4.3 Situations Where a Bonus May Be Forfeited

  • Bonus abuse is found to have taken place.
  • A player attempts to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement after claiming a bonus.
  • Collusion between a bonus-receiving player and an outside player is found.

Game Play Rules

5.1 Game Result Integrity

Results for Slots, Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), football betting, and lottery games on bm88 are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live broadcast. These results are not pre-determined and support fair play.

5.2 Resolving Game Disputes

If a game is interrupted before completion due to a technical issue (network drop, server error), bm88 may resume the game from the last saved state or refund the bet for that game. bm88's decision is final.

5.3 Football Betting

If match irregularities occur, the match will be voided and bets will be refunded. Even if an official ruling comes in, if bm88 is aware that the match has started before the odds on that match have closed, bm88 has the right to void those bets.

6.1 VIP Tiers

bm88's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players can move up as their activity increases. bm88 reviews each player's individual play history when determining their VIP tier.

Weekly cashback rate per VIP tier —

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% of weekly losses
  • Silver — Up to 0.5% of weekly losses
  • Gold — Up to 0.7% of weekly losses
  • Platinum — Up to 1.0% of weekly losses
  • Diamond — Up to 1.2% of weekly losses

6.2 Conditions for Receiving Cashback

Cashback is paid once a week based on each player's net loss. Cashback is not bonus money — it will be credited to your account immediately and is withdrawable. No wagering is required on the cashback itself. bm88 reserves the right to adjust cashback rates due to changes in play patterns.

Prohibited Actions

Players on bm88 must not carry out any of the following actions —

  1. Betting with funds that are not your own (including money laundering).
  2. Manipulating gameplay to obtain bonuses (including match fixing and arbitrage).
  3. Playing using a robot, bot, or any automated software.
  4. Exploiting platform loopholes to claim bonuses (bonus hunting).
  5. Shouting at, threatening, or verbally abusing customer service staff.
  6. Taking any action that disrupts or obstructs customer service.
  7. Exchanging funds between players by borrowing money from one person to play (chip dumping).

If any of the above actions are detected, bm88 may close the player's account without prior notice and forfeit any remaining balances, bonuses, and winnings.
